Organizations, individuals and legal entities that intend to produce a movie which is a compilation of art and mass media entertainment that are widely accessible by composing motion and sound which was recorded to publicize via various type of technical devices.
Qualifications needed by the business to get the formality	1. The content of the movie shall be reviewed to ensure that it will not violate conditions stipulated under the law. 2. In case the movie have the content directly relating to Lao PDR, the content shall be reviewed by the Lao Embassy of the origin country before the movie can be produced.
Additional Comment	After obtaining this license, it is necessary to submit an application to request for a filming permission from the Department (the required documents are the same as this license), which takes about 5 days to consider.
